Lara Jensen represents policyholders and insurers in insurance coverage and bad faith litigation. She has successfully recovered insurance money for policyholders for damage to buildings caused by hurricanes and/or defective work. She has also successfully obtained summary judgments dismissals of insurers on the basis of no coverage and summary judgment dismissals of bad faith claims made against insurers.

Lara Jensen is experienced with all aspects of commercial general liability policies, such as duty to defend and policy exclusions. She routinely handles coverage cases involving construction defects, including work product exclusions and additional insured provisions. She has also handled commercial property insurance coverage cases, particularly in complex suits where construction defects may combine with weather events (such as a hurricane) to cause a loss. She has handled environmental and toxic tort coverage cases, as well as trucking, non-trucking liability and automobile coverage cases, including cases with excess exposure.
