The Firm’s practice includes all aspects of construction related litigation. Lara Jensen has extensive experience with representing all parties to a construction dispute, including general contractors, subcontractors, property owners and design professionals in complex, multi-party construction defect litigation.

Her experience in the field of construction defects ranges from mechanical, electrical and roof/structural failures to water intrusion, settlement and underground utilities. She also has experience in defending significant personal injury claims in the context of construction site operations and/or conditions.

She has also drafted and negotiated construction contracts, in addition to counseling individuals and businesses as to the interpretation of commonly used construction contracts, such as those prepared by the American Institute of Architects.
