Lara Jensen has acted as defense litigation counsel for long and short haul drivers as well as several regional and national trucking firms with respect to casualty insurance claims for accidents and other vehicle operation claims.

Her experience includes defending wrongful death and serious personal injury claims in the context of trucking and automobile accidents that carried significant exposure. She has dealt with a broad variety of issues, such as negligent hiring and retention, DOT compliance, and accident reconstruction.  Relationships with medical, engineering, and technical consultants have assisted Ms. Jensen in resolving these claims.
